Helloo,
It was 2 years ago yesterday on the 2nd September that I sat in my new home, on complete bed rest recovering from surgery that I started a blog. At the time I had no idea what so ever what it would lead too or even really have any clue about it all and the massive community around it. I remember starting out wanting to just do a bit of an online diary and well as regular readers may know that it is far from that now. My blog has changed through a couple of names which you can read about here and many design layouts. With a new layout coming soon, certainly before Christmas with any luck :) I love how much my blog has grown over the 2 years and what amazing opportunities it has presented me, as well as the amazing friends I have made along the way. I have had to take breaks at times with bits of writers block or just needing an actual break. But at times this blog has been my savour when I have been able to write from the heart on some personal issues. Sharing all the good times I have had with Corey and many more randomly wonderful posts. I have started to add some extras and another attempt at YouTube with a vlog that started yesterday so check that out :)
Big massive thank you to everyone who reads my blog whether it be reguarly or the once off t help me get to where I am today! I am really lucky to be able to be self employed full time blogger now. Can't wait to see what more years of blogging will bring in the future :)
Because of blogging, almost 20 months ago I also started the @mummy_bloggers twitter community with the weekly #mblogchat which is were parent bloggers can talk Friday nights 8-9pm and the weekly #mummymonday linky which is for any post/video, any topic, old or new. These have both been massive successes and I am really proud of the little community which such lovely fellow bloggers get involved with :)
So with all this in mind, I thought to celebrate my 2nd blogiversary besides with the little cupcake from in the picture that I will be having later. It looks so yummy! I had to resist until I had snapped a photo, blogger's know how hard that is!! But anyways to the point, I am going to celebrate with a little giveaway..
