You may have seen in last month's favourites that my mum booked us a trip to Wales, well we went this month. Despite a very grumpy and naughty little man we did have a good time, it was so beautiful and a place that will be visited often. I have a post coming on Wednesday with lots of pictures to share with you so keep an eye out :)

June 2015 - Monthly Favourites #4

Helloo,

As if another month has gone by, sometimes I sit and think 'wow time is going so slow' but really it isn't. When I write these posts I'm a bit like 'There isn't enough time to do everything!!!' Anyone else feel the same - or just me?! Let's get into this months favourites anyways..

So I attended Brit Mums Live Blogging Conference, you can read my post about the day here. It was really good. I admit it is quite long 2 days but you really do have an amazing time. Being with 100s of fellow parent bloggers in center of London. I am lucky enough to have two very amazing best friends Vicki from EllieBearBabi and Andrea from BloggerMumma who I shared a room with, we always came a day early to do some shopping and have a girly night in the hotel. Of course, I got to meet many other of my lovely blogging friends and make new ones too. I admit I mainly go for the social aspect but well worth the experience. Was my second year attending and if I'm still blogging next year then I will probably try to go again!

This month my mum ending up booking us a little trip to Wales for end of July for my birthday. Mum grew up there so will be showing us her old house, school etc. We will be down South and hopefully get the chance to visit Cardiff for some shopping!! Will be really nice to get away for a few days during the summer holidays - very needed break for all three of us :)

Here is this month's favourite picture of Corey and I :) We were celebrating my Uncle's 50th Birthday. This is by far one of my favourite pictures of us in a long time. Corey looks so grown up though!!!

May 2015 - Monthly Favourites #3

Another month has gone by seriously?! We are half way through the year but oh what a good year it has been so far :) So let's get into some of this month's favourites..

Here is this month's favourite picture of Corey and I :) his hair was insanely long here!!!

A really exciting blogging thing this month - I started YouTube - okay well I made one video and we will see if I make anymore. You can read all about it here and watch the video here. It's a house tour :)

It's actually half term this week which is super exciting as means I get to spend lots of time with Corey! Hoping the weather stays nice for us as we have lots planned. Including an opening visit to the very first Nickelodeon store in a couple of days before it opens up to the public - so excited!! :) Will be sure to post about what we get up too.

April 2015 - Monthly Favourites #2

We actually spent the first part of the month suffering with chicken pox over Easter! A bit of a nightmare and it meant we spent the half term stuck indoors. But lots of cuddles and kisses made it okay :) You can read all about what we got up to here. A big milestone hit this month, Corey luckily got his first choice school to start Reception in September! I wrote a bit about it here. Hope if you were also awaiting for this news that you got the school you wished for :)

So here is the picture I managed to snap of us two this month, we don't get the chance very often but when we do I always love the photo. Corey seems to always bring out his personality rather than giving a smile, so here is my cheeky monkey -

Next month my aim is to really try and get a photo taken on the camera rather than a selfie from my iPhone 5s. Fingers crossed it goes well, as cameras are a bit slower than a phone - I can never really catch him for long enough as he is always on the go. Any tips would be greatly appreciated.

March 2015 - Monthly Favourites #1

Helloo,

A lovely fellow blogger Nicola from Life Through My Eyes has started a great new linky called Mummy & Me :) The reasoning for this is because Nicola like myself and many others are always taking photos of our children but rarely of us with them. Another great linky very similar to this is called Me & Mine - a family portrait linky run by Lucy at Dear Beautiful. So this is a great way to treasure those special moments and a place to put monthly. I've always wanted to join in and finally starting so come back at the end of each month to see what photo is next :)

Part of the Me & Mine linky is that you share what not only I but Corey have been loving this month so not sure if I can think of much, but will give it ago.

An absolutely massive part of this month that was both Corey and my favourite, was Corey's first ever holiday abroad to Fuerteventura. It was amazing and beyond better than I could have ever imagined. It will be one of those trips I treasure forever. I wrote all about it here if you wish to have a look :)

So here it is, finally my monthly family portrait that I am using for this month :) This picture has been used before on my blog, it was from Mother's Day earlier this month which you can read about here. Obviously another massive part of this month. This picture really captures our personality and is now one of my favourite photos of us!
