Weight Loss #1 xo

Hiii Bloggers,

I went to the doctors today and I basically need to exercise and lose some weight.

Mine varies all the time, I go up and down, but dramatically, that is the issue.

So I won't tell you my current weight as it is rather embarrassing, but I need to lose 5 stone to be my goal weight.

MASSIVE AMOUNT!

How on bloody earth am I going to this?

To be honest, I do not even have the slightest clue at the moment.

The variety of options I am considering at the moment are:

1. Eat Healthy & Regularly Exercise
2. Starve & Exercise
3. Weight Watchers
4. Lifestyle Hub (Gym Based Exercise with Lifestyle Advisors)

This year I had been eating healthy & regular daily walks to and from work but I never lost weight, just kept the same - As a fat cow!

However, over June/July/August I have been very poorly, In and out of hospital. In August, I finally had key-hole surgery to sort the issues. I am on the mend and pretty much fully covered. So I could technically get back into number 1. It is the healthier way to go about losing weight, in slow safe moderation.

Although, in some down times in my life, I have gone for option 2, it has worked very well for me in the past. A few years ago, after I split with my son's father, with other various issues too. I managed to lose 3 stone in 1 month. This is very drastic and I got very poorly. I do not want to risk this, but I want to lose weight fast for personal reasons such as feeling good about myself, looking good and well I have a family photoshoot coming up.

Option 4, well the doctor has advised me on this 'Lifestyle Hub' and I am unsure of the full details but they offer:

Exercise Referral (Gym Based)
Exercise Referral (Physical Activity Based)
Imperative Health Online (A Web Based Physical Activity Programme)
Slimming World Voucher
Weight Watchers Voucher
Let's Get Moving (Help Increase Physical Activity)

I am leaning towards this the most, as I LOVE the gym when I have been healthy enough to go, but I just physically do not have the time as I work 9-5 and have a 2 year old.

I am beyond drained as it is, I struggle to lose weight the healthy weight.

I am not a diet sort of person, as my meals are so irregular. I do not cook, the other half does, we eat at like 9 pm every day and occasionally I will make healthy lunches or buy sandwiches.

So what do I do?

Any advice any of you? :(

I want your support to help me through, I will be posting updates reguarly, probably every 2 weeks of an update of my loss.

I WILL LOSE WEIGHT NO MATTER WHAT!!!

Or will I? I want to be determinded but I am not.

Who can advise me on what to do?

Love, Yummy Mummy xo
